導熱(re)(re)油(you)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)爐(lu)又稱電導熱(re)(re)油(you)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)爐(lu)。是一(yi)種新型、安(an)全、節能(neng),低(di)壓(ya)(常壓(ya)下或(huo)較(jiao)低(di)壓(ya)力)并能(neng)提供高溫熱(re)(re)能(neng)的(de)特種工業(ye)爐(lu),以導熱(re)(re)油(you)為(wei)熱(re)(re)載(zai)體,通過(guo)熱(re)(re)油(you)泵使熱(re)(re)載(zai)體循(xun)環(huan),將熱(re)(re)量傳(chuan)遞給(gei)用熱(re)(re)設備。電導熱(re)(re)油(you)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)爐(lu)系統由防(fang)爆電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、有(you)機熱(re)(re)載(zai)體爐(lu)、換熱(re)(re)器(qi)(如(ru)有(you))、現場防(fang)爆操作箱(xiang)、熱(re)(re)油(you)泵、膨脹槽等組合成一(yi)個撬塊,用戶只僅需接入電源、介質的(de)進出口管道及一(yi)些(xie)電氣(qi)接口即可使用。
工作原理
電導熱(re)油(you)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)爐(lu)以(yi)電力為(wei)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan),通過(guo)電熱(re)元件將電能(neng)(neng)轉換成(cheng)熱(re)能(neng)(neng);以(yi)有機熱(re)載體(導熱(re)油(you))作為(wei)傳熱(re)介質,通過(guo)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)油(you)泵將導熱(re)油(you)在系統(tong)中(zhong)進行(xing)強制(zhi)性循環,使(shi)其被周而復始的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re),從而達到滿足需熱(re)設備(bei)連續獲得所需熱(re)能(neng)(neng)的(de)目(mu)的(de);并可滿足生產流程中(zhong)設定(ding)的(de)工(gong)藝溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度以(yi)及(ji)高精度控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)要求(qiu)。通常導熱(re)油(you)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)爐(lu)由主機(加(jia)(jia)熱(re)體、高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)油(you)泵及(ji)過(guo)濾器)、高位油(you)槽、控(kong)制(zhi)柜、管路(lu)等作為(wei)一整套(tao)設備(bei)與用熱(re)設備(bei)共同組裝形成(cheng)強制(zhi)性液(ye)相(xiang)循環的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系統(tong)。
