風道式電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是主(zhu)要(yao)對氣體(ti)流(liu)進行(xing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備。風道加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)元件為不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內腔設(she)有(you)多個折(zhe)流(liu)板(導流(liu)板),引導氣體(ti)流(liu)向(xiang),延長氣體(ti)在內腔的滯留時(shi)(shi)間,從而使氣體(ti)充(chong)分(fen)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使氣體(ti)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻(yun),提高熱(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換效率。風道加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是在無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)內裝入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲,空隙部分(fen)填滿有(you)良(liang)好導熱(re)(re)(re)性和絕(jue)緣性的氧化鎂粉后縮管(guan)而成(cheng)的。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過高溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲的時(shi)(shi)候,產生(sheng)的熱(re)(re)(re)通過結晶氧化鎂粉向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣體(ti)中去,以達到加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的目的。

技術(shu)特點
1、能使氣體(ti)加熱到(dao)很高的的溫(wen)度(du),可達800℃,殼體(ti)溫(wen)度(du)只(zhi)有(you)50℃左右(you)。
2、風(feng)道加熱(re)器效率高。
3、升溫和降溫速率快,可(ke)達10℃/S,調節快而穩定。不(bu)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)所控氣體溫度超前和滯(zhi)后現(xian)象而使溫度控制漂移不(bu)定,很適合自動控制。
