1、能使氣體加熱到(dao)很高(gao)的(de)的(de)溫度,可達(da)800℃,殼體溫度只有50℃左右。
2、風道(dao)加熱器效率(lv)高。
3、升溫和降溫速率快,可達10℃/S,調(diao)節快而穩(wen)定。不會出(chu)現(xian)所控(kong)氣體溫度(du)超前和滯(zhi)后現(xian)象而使溫度(du)控(kong)制漂移不定,很適合自動控(kong)制。
