風道式電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是主要對氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)流(liu)進(jin)行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)為不銹鋼(gang)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)腔設有多個折流(liu)板(導(dao)(dao)流(liu)板),引導(dao)(dao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)流(liu)向,延長氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)腔的(de)滯留時間(jian),從而(er)使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)均(jun)勻,提高熱(re)(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換效(xiao)率。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)不銹鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是在(zai)(zai)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)內(nei)裝入電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)絲,空隙部分填(tian)滿(man)有良好(hao)導(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)氧(yang)化鎂粉(fen)后縮管(guan)而(er)成的(de)。當(dang)電流(liu)通過高溫電阻絲的(de)時候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)通過結晶(jing)氧(yang)化鎂粉(fen)向加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面擴(kuo)散,再傳(chuan)遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)中(zhong)去,以達(da)到(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體(ti)加熱到很高(gao)的的溫度,可達800℃,殼體(ti)溫度只有(you)50℃左右。
2、風道(dao)加熱器(qi)效率高(gao)。
3、升溫(wen)和(he)(he)降溫(wen)速率快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩(wen)定。不(bu)會出(chu)現(xian)所控氣(qi)體溫(wen)度超前(qian)和(he)(he)滯(zhi)后現(xian)象而(er)使溫(wen)度控制(zhi)漂(piao)移不(bu)定,很適合(he)自動控制(zhi)。
