風(feng)道(dao)(dao)式防爆電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是主(zhu)要(yao)對氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流進(jin)行加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備。風(feng)道(dao)(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件為不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管,加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內腔設有多個折流板(導(dao)流板),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流向,延長(chang)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)在內腔的(de)滯留時(shi)間,從而(er)使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)充分加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)均勻(yun),提高(gao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)交換(huan)效率。風(feng)道(dao)(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管,是在無縫鋼管內裝(zhuang)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)絲(si),空隙部分填滿(man)有良好(hao)導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉后縮(suo)管而(er)成的(de)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)流通(tong)過高(gao)溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)時(shi)候,產(chan)生的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)通(tong)過結晶氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉向加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管表面擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)中去,以達(da)到加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體(ti)加熱到很高的(de)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),可達800℃,殼體(ti)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)只有50℃左(zuo)右。
2、風道加熱器效(xiao)率(lv)高。
3、升溫和降溫速率快,可達10℃/S,調節快而穩定(ding)。不會出現(xian)所控(kong)氣體溫度超前和滯后現(xian)象而使(shi)溫度控(kong)制漂移不定(ding),很適合(he)自動(dong)控(kong)制。
4、機(ji)械性(xing)能(neng)好:因為它的(de)發(fa)熱體(ti)(ti)為特制合金材料,所以在(zai)高壓氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)的(de)沖(chong)擊(ji)下,它比任何(he)發(fa)熱體(ti)(ti)的(de)機(ji)械性(xing)能(neng)和強度都好,這(zhe)對(dui)(dui)于需(xu)要長時(shi)間(jian)連續不斷對(dui)(dui)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)加(jia)溫的(de)系(xi)統和附件試驗更具(ju)有優越性(xing)。
