工作原理
電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)(you)爐以電(dian)力(li)為(wei)能(neng)(neng)源,通過(guo)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件將電(dian)能(neng)(neng)轉換成(cheng)熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)(neng);以有機熱(re)(re)(re)載體(導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)(you))作為(wei)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)介質,通過(guo)高溫(wen)(wen)油(you)(you)(you)泵(beng)將導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)(you)在(zai)系(xi)統中(zhong)進行(xing)強制性循(xun)環,使(shi)其(qi)被周(zhou)而復始的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而達到滿足需熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)(bei)連續(xu)獲得所需熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de);并可滿足生產流(liu)程中(zhong)設(she)定的(de)(de)工藝溫(wen)(wen)度(du)以及(ji)(ji)高精度(du)控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)要(yao)求。通常導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)(you)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)爐由(you)主(zhu)機(加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)體、高溫(wen)(wen)油(you)(you)(you)泵(beng)及(ji)(ji)過(guo)濾器)、高位油(you)(you)(you)槽(cao)、控(kong)制柜、管路等作為(wei)一整(zheng)套設(she)備(bei)(bei)與用熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)(bei)共(gong)同組裝形成(cheng)強制性液相循(xun)環的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統。

1、高品質的熱源。熱油(you)加(jia)熱系(xi)統可(ke)在常壓(ya)液相下(xia),為熱用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)輸出350℃的熱油(you);導熱油(you)加(jia)熱系(xi)統運用(yong)(yong)(yong)PID自整(zheng)定智能控(kong)溫技術(shu),控(kong)制精(jing)度(du)可(ke)達±1℃左右溫度(du),準確控(kong)制使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的溫度(du)范圍內;加(jia)熱主電(dian)(dian)源采用(yong)(yong)(yong)固態模塊無觸(chu)點開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)路(lu),適(shi)應頻繁開(kai)關(guan),并對供電(dian)(dian)網絡(luo)無干擾。并具有防(fang)干燒。可(ke)根據用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)要求(qiu)設計添加(jia)熱油(you)冷卻系(xi)統,以滿足升溫后(hou)需要快速降溫的生產工藝要求(qiu);
2、節(jie)約能(neng)源,運行費用低。導熱(re)(re)油加(jia)熱(re)(re)系統為液相(xiang)閉(bi)路(lu)循環(huan),出油溫(wen)度和回(hui)油溫(wen)度相(xiang)差20-30℃,也就是說只加(jia)熱(re)(re)20-30℃的溫(wen)差就能(neng)達到使用溫(wen)度。同(tong)時該設備不需(xu)要水處(chu)理(li)設備并且無蒸(zheng)汽(qi)鍋爐的跑、冒(mao)、滴、漏(lou)等熱(re)(re)損失,熱(re)(re)利(li)用率(lv)很高,與(yu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)鍋爐相(xiang)比,節(jie)能(neng)50%左右;
